Description:

To promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage family fun and bonding for all, we had taken the initiative to organise the first ever SpongeBob Run in Malaysia. Adding on more excitement to the run, we brought the underwater city of Bikini Bottom to life with giant inflatables of Pineapple House, Squidward’s House and The Krusty Krab being set up, and had popular pop culture icons SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star appearing to an enthusiastic crowd during flag off. The run ended with a Bikini Bottom Carnival, where there were various fun-filled games and activities to enjoy such as photobooth, food truck, clowns, cheerleading performance, merchandise sales and more. The highlight of the day was when the dancers came on stage to perform an entertaining show prior to the appearance of the characters for the much-awaited Meet and Greet session.

Result:

Received an overwhelming participation rate of 4,000 runners with event mentions and listings in key media outlets like ERA fm, MY FM and hitz fm. We also had a line up of celebrities and influencers attending the run, followed by their respective pre and post-event shout-out on their blogs, websites and social media platforms.
