UM Specialist Centre was looking to give back to their employees for their hard work and commitment towards the hospital, thus they contacted us to curate a special day of commendation filled with fun and excitement. We conceptualized the event theme as Heroes’ Day Out to celebrate UMSC employees, promote an active lifestyle and wholesome family bonding time. The day started off with an early morning Zumba warm up session and then proceeded to the Heroes Run where parents and kids run together through a 3km and 5km route at KL Botanicals Garden. All participants received an exclusive goodie bag after they completed the run. Participants also enjoyed a myriad of booth games, inflatable games, stage games and stage performances. As the event came to a close, a lucky draw session was held, UMSC awarded their lucky employees cool and exclusive gifts.

Result:

UMSC was very happy with our concept and the conduct of the entire event. Everybody had awesome and safe fun. The staff of UMSC came out in full force and appreciated UMSC for the eventful day.
